(chicken in makini gravy)
Grilled Chicken which is cooked in buttery creamy tomato sauce which is mildly spiced that goes well with naan and especially ghee rice

Ingredients
- MARINATION
- 500 chicken
- 2 tbsps ginger garlic and paste
- 1 tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tbsps redchilli kashmiri powder
- 3/4 cup hung curd
- 1 1/2 tsps garammasala
- 1 tsps kasuri meth crushed
- 2 tbsps gram flour
- 1 tsp ajwain /2
- salt
- For gravy
- 1 1/2 tsps Red chlilli powder
- 3 tomato
- 3 tsps ginger garlic paste
- 20 gm cashewnut
- 1/2 tsp kasoori meethi
- 3 tbsps butter
- 3 cardomom
- 1 cinamon stick
- 2 bayleaf
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 2 greenchilli slits
- 1 tsp ginger julienne
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- coriander leaves
- water
- salt

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with the given ingredients for 1-2hrs..Then grill it.It can also be pan grulled by adding little oil in the pan then add the chicken pieces and grill it
- Make Slit on the tomato and add to the boiling water with salt and cashewnut .Retain the boiled water and grind the tomato and cashew to a paste
- To the boiled water add the redchilli powder and give a stir
- In a pan add oil cardomom ,cinamon,bayleaf ,ginger garlic paste saute till raw smell goes then add above boiled water and boil it then add tomato paste ,honey 1tbsp butter ,kasuri methi ,jeera powder salt and cook it.. till thick
- In another pan add butter jeera , greenchilli slit , ginger julienn then add above makini sauce then add chicken boil for 5 mins.Then add fresh cream pinch of jeera and kasuri methi off the gas and serve it with dollop of butter..
- serve this with naan or rice
